These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of miamitranslate.com and the certified document translation services provided by MiamiTranslate LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
MiamiTranslate LLC provides certified document translation services for immigration and legal purposes. Our translations are certified to comply with USCIS requirements per 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). We translate documents from Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and other languages into English, and from English into Spanish.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders require payment in advance. Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and Zelle. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery: 24 hours from document receipt. Express delivery: 4 hours from document receipt. Delivery times begin when we receive your uploaded document, not when payment is made. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any delays.
4. Document Requirements
You must upload clear, legible copies of your documents. Documents must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, maximum 50MB. We reserve the right to request a higher-quality scan if the document is unclear. If a document cannot be translated due to poor quality, we will contact you for a replacement.
5. Accuracy and Certification
Our translations are performed using AI technology reviewed by bilingual professionals. We certify that translations are accurate and complete to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific government agency, court, or institution. USCIS and other agencies make independent determinations about document acceptability.
6. Refund Policy
Full refund: Available if you cancel before uploading your document. Partial refund (50%): Available if translation has begun but not delivered. No refund: Once the certified translation has been delivered to your email. If you are unsatisfied with your translation, contact us at support@miamitranslate.com and we will work to resolve the issue, including providing corrections at no additional charge.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all documents and personal information with strict confidentiality. Documents are used solely for providing translation services. All documents are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to translate fraudulent, forged, or altered documents. You may not submit documents that do not belong to you without proper authorization. Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
MiamiTranslate LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including visa denials, immigration delays, or legal consequences arising from the use of our translations. We strongly recommend consulting with an immigration attorney for legal advice.
10. Intellectual Property
The translated documents we produce are your property. Our certification, branding, and website content are the property of MiamiTranslate LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
